At Shree Balaji Super Market, we are committed to user privacy and data security. You have full control over your personal data and can request permanent account deletion at any time.

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Once deleted, you will lose access to your profile, order history, active carts, saved addresses, wallet balance, and loyalty rewards. You will need to create a new account to shop in the future.

How to Delete Your Account From Within the Android App
Follow these 5 simple steps inside the Shree Balaji Super Market mobile app

Open App & Log In
Launch the Shree Balaji Super Market app on your Android device and log into your account.

Go to Profile
Tap on the bottom navigation "Profile" / "Account" icon to open your personal dashboard.

Scroll to Danger Zone
Scroll down to the bottom of the profile page to find the red "Delete Account" danger zone.

Tap 'Delete My Account'
Tap the red button. A confirmation popup will list all data that will be permanently erased.

Confirm Deletion
Click "Yes, Delete My Account". Your account, addresses, orders, and data are instantly and permanently purged.
Data That Is Permanently Deleted

Upon account deletion, all of the following personal information and associated records are permanently erased from our active databases and servers:

  • Personal Profile: Full name, mobile phone number, email address, profile picture.
  • Delivery Addresses: All saved home, office, and other addresses with street details and pincodes.
  • Order History: Past order records, invoices, delivery notes, and item logs.
  • Cart & Wishlist: Items currently in your shopping cart and saved wishlist.
  • Wallet & Rewards: Store wallet balances, loyalty reward points, and referral codes.
  • Device Tokens & Sessions: Push notification tokens (FCM) and all active authentication tokens.
Data Retention & Legal Compliance

In accordance with applicable statutory laws, certain limited records may be retained as outlined below:

  • Statutory Tax & Financial Invoices: Anonymized transaction records and GST invoices of completed purchases may be retained strictly for statutory accounting and legal tax auditing requirements as mandated by law.
  • Retention Period: Any legally required financial records are securely archived in encrypted storage for the minimum period mandated by applicable law (up to 180 days or legal audit term), after which they are permanently expunged.
  • No Marketing Use: Retained records are strictly restricted from any marketing, advertising, or profiling activities.
